Things with Wings

Puppets ‘n’ People presents a new puppetry series called Things with Wings.  Come enjoy three brand new puppet shows about loons, swallows, and owls at Silverwood Park in St. Anthony, MN.  Puppets ‘n’ People the puppet company that created puppet shows for the big bugs exhibit at the Minnesota Zoo is back and presents new nature-inspired puppet shows with artists Julie Boada, Anne Sawyer, and Seth Eberle.  All three puppeteers are associate artists or core associate artists at In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre.  All three are creating brand new works for families on Saturday mornings in July with the help of professional naturalists Leah Darst, David Donovan, and Alyssa Riggs.  Come enjoy the outdoors and learn about nature this summer!  

July 16 – Dream of Owls:  Fear and Folly -10AM and 12PM

July 23 – Return of the Swallow - 10AM and 12PM

July 30 – Loons - 10AM and 12PM

Cost:  Free with suggested donation of $5/person
Ages:  Recommended for ages 4-12.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.
