Barbara Kingsley is a twenty-nine year veteran of the Twin Cities theater community. Her stage career encompasses over two hundred productions, including: Korczak’s Children at Children’s Theatre Co; Jane Eyre, Romeo and Juliet, The Night of the Iguana at the Guthrie Theater; Gertrude Stein and a Companion, The Glass Menagerie, and The House of Blue Leaves at the Jungle Theater and Twelfth Night, King Lear, The Tempest, The Furies and The Caucasian Chalk Circle, with Ten Thousand Things Theater. Nationally, Barbara has toured with Theatre de la Jeune Lune’s The Miser, Guthrie Theater’s Great Expectations and Jungle Theater’s Gertrude Stein and a Companion. Barbara has been an affiliate faculty member of the University of Minnesota, Dept. of Theatre and Dance, since 1998. Her film credits include: Ticket Out, Sweet Land, The Straight Story, Here on Earth, Last Seen, Herman USA and Overnight Delivery. Barbara is currently ‘on the road’ with the Broadway National. Tour of August: Osage County, as stand-by for Violet and Mattie Fae. Stephen D'Ambrose is from the Twin Cities and has worked in the theater community here for the past 30 years in over two hundred productions, including: Sherlock Holmes, Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Linnea in Monet’s Garden at the Children’s Theater Company. As Atticus Finch in History Theater’s production of To Kill a Mockingbird. Otto Frank in Park Square Theater’s Diary of Ann Frank. The Dazzle, Last of the Boys, Seascape, Molly’s Delicious, The Pavilion at the Jungle Theater. King Lear, The Tempest, Most Happy Fella with Ten Thousand Things Theater Company. With the Guthrie Theater off and on since 1980. Recently with Two River Theater in New Jersey, Arizona Theater Company, San Jose Repertory, New York Classical Theater. He is currently with the Broadway National Tour of August: Osage County as stand-by for Beverly and Charlie.
