If you missed TABLE these last two falls, you’ll still have one more chance to be dined and entertained by The Goodness Grace’s Catering Company. The crew will be back once again, serving up farm to table dinners and collaborating with chefs all over the state!

Come join us for an evening of feasting, fellowship, songs and good old fashioned shenanigans from creator Sarah Agnew and her cast of all female caterers. The state-wide tour will begin in early September.

MENU:

Salad: Fresh baby lettuce with roasted beets, sliced orange, feta cheese and orange vinaigrette (Vegan).

Appetizer: Doubles -  Famous Trinidad & Tobago street food made with fried flatbread, filled curried chickpeas topped with made-from-scratch tamarind sauce (Vegan)

Main Course: Slowed-cooked Stewed Chicken (Kadejan farms) with Stewed Red Beans, Steamed Rice and sweet Plantains, Curried Jackfruit simmered in a creamy coconut sauce with Stewed Red Beans, Steamed Rice, and sweet Plantains (Vegan)

Dessert: Banana Cake perfectly baked with coconut and almond flour, moist, rich and full of flavor (Wheat-free or vegan option)
