Landon Hudson

 Landon graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a BFA in Musical Theatre in May 2026. Landon is a 7x American College Theater Festival Finalist, winning the Musical Theatre Intensive in 2025, and placing 2nd twice in the Irene Ryans Acting Competition in 2024 and 2026. Landon also took first in the National Association for Teachers of Singing Musical Theatre Competition in 2025, as well as performing at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC before its demise.

Recent Highlights: He appeared most recently as "Willy Wonka" in Willy Wonka, “Nat” in The Birds, and “Jud” in Oklahoma!. Landon was “Brick” in Escape to Margaritaville and “Hank” in Marvin's Room at Highland Summer Theatre. He was in the 2025 Spring Dance Concert at MSU, and played “Lord Pinkleton” in Cinderella, for which he received an Irene Ryan Acting nomination. He was “Autolycus” in The Winter's Tale and the “Emcee” in Cabaret. He was “Doody” in Grease and “Mac Sam” in The Miss Firecracker Contest. He was a vocal soloist in Carmina Burana and in the ensemble of Anastasia. Landon was “Colonel Mustard” in Clue, for which he received an Irene Ryan Acting nomination. Landon was “Jim Taylor” in Lombardi and “Harry Hay” in The Temperamentals, for which he received an Irene Ryan Acting nomination. Landon was a co-writer and musical director for the 2025 children’s theatre tour The Me As Well Musical and he appeared in the 2024 children’s theatre tour of This Fire Has No Coals!  

Landon is currently a case manager during the day in Golden Valley, as well as an assistant coach for the Mounds Park Academy Speech team in St. Paul.

Landon is currently seeking representation and professional opportunities for the 2026/27 season.
