Male voices needed for DeCantus' Holiday Season

Do you like to have fun while performing? We do too!

DeCantus is an acappella ensemble, established in 2000. During the Holiday Season, we carol at various public and private venues. We perform a variety of music ranging from traditional carols, to more modern carols and arrangements.

We are seeking male voices for our 2017 Holiday Season. We rehearse on Tuesday evenings.

"Buffy the Bedbug Slayer" Auditions for MN Fringe Festival

Spike Tape Productions is holding video submission auditions for their MN Fringe Festival show, "Buffy the Bedbug Slayer."  Come join us spoof the beloved 90's cult tv show where Buffy has retired from the Slayer's life but is dragged back into the world when her apartment becomes infested with vampire-like bedbugs, thanks to her landlord, Donald Trump...I mean Dennis Drumpf.    We are looking to cast Xander and Drumpf.

Who Killed Ariel; A Princess Murder Mystery, is a laugh-out-loud comedy written by two female writers that will be performed in Minneapolis. The play takes place at Rapunzel's bachelorette party, all her best gal pals are in attendance. Everything is going fine until the unanimously disliked Ariel crashes the party and is stabbed to death with the very fork she gifted Rapunzel. A classic who-done-it with classic characters in a not-so-classic setting!

Seeking 4 actor/creators of all ages, genders, races and ethnicities who are interested in a collaborative process for a new play by Katie Kaufmann and directed by Genevieve Bennett.

The story follows an unlikely friendship between a modern woman and the first female lighthouse keeper and explores perseverance, duty, isolation, and obsolescence in motherhood and art.

The production will include sections devised by the ensemble, scripted dialog, vocal scoring, and shadow puppetry.
