Blue Water Theatre Company is beyond excited to be announcing auditions for our summer production of THE MUSIC MAN! We last brought this American classic to the stage back in 2013, and after eight years it’s time for the BWTC train to roll into River City, Iowa once again!
Auditions for THE MUSIC MAN are open to all high school and middle school actors currently in grades 6 through 12 (2020-2021 school year). They will take place, by appointment, on May 18, May 20, and May 27, with callbacks on June 5.
The Westonka Community Theatre is looking for community members (ages 6 to 106 - with all abilities welcome)
for its second production, The Wizard of Oz, in the new Westonka Performing Art Center. The Wizard of Oz is
family entertainment at its best, as Dorothy Gale journeys from Kansas over the rainbow bringing all your favorite
story characters to life on stage! There are roles available both onstage and backstage as well as being part of the
production team and run crew.
The Emerging Professionals Ensemble (EPE) at the Performing Institute of Minnesota invites all triple threat performers between 16-24 years old to audition for our 4th Annual Summer Production - Pippin. The EPE production of Pippin will tell the story of out-of-work traveling circus performers & carnival workers who take over a shut down drive-in during the time of COVID.

CASTING FOR A SHORT STUDENT FILM
It's a Date is a short student film that follows co-workers Gabe and Abe on their first date. While waiting for their table to be ready they get to know each other, and Gabe realizes this relationship is not meant to be.
Gabe: Mid to Late 20's, male-identifying, confident, not invested in this relationship.
Abe: Mid to Late 20's, male-identifying, very religious, presents confidence but has internal insecurities.
Classical Actors Ensemble is accepting actor, designer, and stage manager submissions for our 2021-22 season.
We perform the plays of Shakespeare and his contemporaries. Upcoming productions may include:

4CT Presents SEUSSICAL AUDITIONS!
4 Community Theatre is excited to announce the summer production of Seussical! Dive into the colorful world of Dr. Seuss and sing along with your favorite characters, including the Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, The Whos in Whoville, and more. Seussical will be produced at Orono Senior High School, and will perform on July 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 29th, 30th, 31st. Auditions will be held on May 13th, 14th, and 15th.

Theatre 55 is returning to live performance with a Covid-safe, outdoor concert version of the show that gave us our start: HAIR! Performed By Those Who Lived It. We are looking for a diverse cast of actor/singers 55 and over for this production.
Auditions will be entirely virtual, and must be submitted by April 23. Cast will be announced April 30.
