Public testimony tonight on how to spend Heritage Fund

Got an opinion on how the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund should be spent? Then tonight's the night to blow off reheasals, tech, your day job, or that short-sleeved walk around the lake you had planned. The MN House of Representatives will hear any and all public testimony, limited to five minutes each, starting at 4:30 p.m. Minnesota Public Radio's Euan Kerr talks about tonight's hearing in his article, "Legislators ponder the difference between supplement and substitute."
